A small collection of books I’ve enjoyed and found valuable.

Deep Work - Cal Newport

Focus Intensity x Time = Quality Work

This one formula really stuck with me, and I try to live by it as best as I can. It’s a great reminder that depth beats distraction every time.

Dopamine Nation - Dr. Anna Lembke

This book completely changed how I see modern overstimulation and the constant chase for quick rewards. It’s uncomfortable at times, but eye-opening.

Digital Minimalism - Cal Newport

II read this right after Dopamine Nation, and the combination hit hard. It helped me cut down my screen time drastically and rediscover the value of boredom, quiet, and the offline world. I would really recommend those two books in combination.

Steve Jobs - Walter Isaacson

Very inspiring book. What he left behind is really impressive and the journey is definitely worth a read.

The Innovators - Walter Isaacson

A must-read if you’re into computers and tech history. I devoured it in no time and would recommend it to anyone fascinated by the people who shaped the digital world.
